How to succeed with Scrum?

Scrum is a framework to deliver products and projects at minimal cost while maximizing delivered business value. Although many organizations are experimenting with Scrum, only few succeed in successfully implementing it and obtaining the real benefits. Leading a Scrum team is radically different to traditional project management. Rather than plan, instruct, and direct, the leader of a Scrum team (called a ScrumMaster) facilitates, coaches, and leads. In this 2-day ScrumMaster Certification course, we will cover the fundamental principles of Scrum, qualifying you as a Certified ScrumMaster. We will explore typical pitfalls and proven implementation approaches. We will add practice to theory through a variety of exercises and take-aways to use with co-workers …

How to become a Certified ScrumMaster?

Upon successful completion of the course, each participant is enrolled as a Certified ScrumMaster, which includes a two-year Scrum Alliance membership, where additional ScrumMaster-only material and information is available. More importantly, this course prepares you for a solid and successful implementation of Scrum in your team or organization. You will learn the Scrum framework and understand how all elements fit together into one of the most powerful project management tools around.

The training is given by one of the best certified Belgian Scrum coaches. He is a real expert in the Scrum domain and he takes you on a very engaging and fascinating Scrum journey.

I'm very pleased to have followed the CSM training and eager to use the method in my day to day work. For sure, one of the more useful trainings I've been to over the years. Good practical training that goes well beyond the theoretical knowledge and shows the reasons why Scrum is effective instead of just explaining the theory.

Very practical and still to the point. All definitions were not given in a classical way but the students were forced to think about the theory before the theory was given. This enabled the students to better memorize when the theory was actually given. This course was to me the best course I ever had. It was never boring. We 'played' a lot and still we were able to see all theory this in a very practical way. I left the course with the feeling that I really understood scrum now and I got a lot of points that I will try to practice. The trainer Jef Cumps is even better than excellent !
