Why Agile Project Management®?

More and more organizations have the need for structured project management. Only, a lot of methods and frameworks seem to over-emphasize on documentation, while others lack governance.

Agile Project Management provides the ability to deliver projects in organizations requiring standards, rigor and visibility needed in project management, while at the same time enabling the fast pace, change and empowerment provided by agile.

Why Agile Project Management Practitioner?

This training is the next step in the Agile Project Management certification and focuses on the practical use of the method. It is aimed at candidates with a Foundation certificate who wish to enhance their qualifications by obtaining Practitioner certification. The course is run in a workshop format that encompasses a wide range of useful, practical activities. Using case studies, analyzing project situations the course delegates learn how to apply the Agile Project Management method.
